Beautiful mountains and breathtaking views! The Villach Alpine Road is located in the heart of the Austrian Alps and leads from Villach-Möltschach directly to the Dobratsch mountain.
On 16.5 kilometres, 7 hairpins, a total of 116 curves and a height of 1200 metres you will be offered the most spectacular views and unique experiences. The mountain road is open all year round and is one of five premium alpine roads in Austria, each one is worth a visit.
Start your journey in Villach-Möltschach, where also the toll station is located, and quickly make your way up a few meters in altitude over several bends before the road opens up a wide view of Villach, the Julian Alps and the Karawanken Mountains.
